In conjunction with the
Commonwealth Shooting Federations European Division Championships
Peveril Rifle Club will hold a Practical Pistol Competition.
For information on the competition please see the notes below, Peveril are willing to consider applications for teams and individuals who are not members of the Commonwealth Shooting Federation to take part in this competition but admission to the competition will be at Peverils discretion.
To bring either Firearms and/or Ammunition (this includes air weapons) to the Isle of Man you must have a Temporary Firearms Permit issued by the Isle of Man Constabulary before traveling and have notified the carrier at the time of booking that you will have Firearms and/or ammunition with you, please note; not all carriers are certified to carry both firearms and ammunition, for example the Steam Packet can carry firearms on all boats but ammunition can only be carried on the Ben-My-Chree from Heysham - some airlines can not carry either firearms or ammunition.
All forms - including the Temporary FAC application (which will require a copy of your current Firearms Certificate to be attached) - must be returned to the address given in the competition application form before 28th August 2009
