Police Pistol 2
| Pistol | Any Centrefire pistol or revolver .354 to .455 which is approved; one spare mag or speed-loader and a suitable holster (if no holster, the firearm must only be loaded at the firing point when authorised by the range officer). Cross-draw and shoulder holsters are prohibited. |
| Sights | Any metal sights, can be adjustable and coloured. No optics allowed |
| Grips | Any wood , plastic or rubber grips which properly fit the firearm |
| Trigger | The trigger must be safe in the opinion of the range officer |
| Safety | Any safety fitted must function correctly |
| Position | Both hands may be used to hold or steady the pistol |
| Ammunition | 66 rounds to be supplied by the competitor. |
| Target | P55/PAA (Elvis) one per competitor |
| Shooting Distance | SA 10 metres, SB 50 metres,SC 25 metres |
| Rules | Revolvers must be loaded but not cocked until clear of the leather. Semi-auto pistol must be loaded without a live round in the chamber, but may be 'cocked' to assist feeding. One spare mag or speed loader may be used. Ammunition must be carried on the person not placed on the ground - full use must be made of the protective factor of the barricade, the firearm must change hands when required. There is no malfunction allowance and all reloading must take place in position. Scopes are only permitted for sighters which must be fired in 5 minutes at 50 metres before the first stage of the competition |
Course of Fire
| Stage A | @ 10 metres, 12 rounds, two strings of six shots each fired in 5 (five) seconds. |
| Stage B | @ 50 metres, four strings of six shots (24 rounds) all in three minutes

| Stage 3 | @ 25 metres, four strings of six shots (24 rounds) all in two minutes.
